Ingredients
2 – 9″ pie crusts
5 cups concord grapes
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon lemon juice
a pinch of salt
Directions
TIP: If you want to have concord grape pies all year long, simply place the filling in a gallon freezer bag, place inside a 9″ pie plate and place in your freezer for 24 hours. When you are ready to make your pie, simply pull the filling from the freezer place in your pie crusts and bake!
We made this pie and several others which we froze, with organically grown grapes we purchased from a local vendor.
